- If we have to cancel your booking or your booking cannot go ahead for legal reasons such a government lockdown or household mixing rules then you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a later date subject to availability and any adjustment on price. If the new booking is cheaper we will refund the difference. Conversely if the new booking is more expensive then you would be expected to make up the difference.
- If you, or someone in your party, has COVID 19 and your isolation period overlaps with your booking dates you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer to a later date subject to availability and any adjustment on price. We will need to see evidence of a positive PCR test.
